We accept payments in British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD), Australian Dollars (AUD), Euros (EUR), and Swedish Krona (SEK).

Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro credit or debit cards, bank transfers (e-banking), or PayPal. Unfortunately, cash is not an accepted method of payment.

The most common reasons for a payment being declined by our system are:

  1. Card Type Not Accepted: Certain card types, such as Discover or JCB, are not accepted.
  2. Location-Based Issues: As a Greece-based company, if you are paying from another country, your bank might sometimes block the payment as it sees your card being used in different international locations within a short period and can’t distinguish if the payment is online or in person. This is nothing to worry about, and a quick call to your card issuer to confirm you allow the payment is usually sufficient.
  3. Currency Restrictions: The currency you are trying to pay in might not be automatically allowed by your bank. For instance, if you are trying to pay in euros but have an Australian bank account, your account might not allow automatic currency conversions and you may need to contact your bank to enable this feature.

All shipments are scanned as they move through the automated section of our network. If your item is scanned and recorded as larger or heavier than the allowable amount purchased in your order, our system will automatically send a notification requesting the fee for the additional size or weight you shipped. Any extra weight or size used will never cost more than it would have at the time of booking. You can pay this charge through the email we will send you in the same manner as the booking payment.

How to Dispute the Charge:

If you believe the charge was applied incorrectly and that the weight or dimensions used at the time of booking are correct, you can reply to the excess notification email with photos showing:

  • The weighedparcel(s).
  • The dimensions measured with a tape measure.

 

This will help us prove to our partners any potential error in measurement by the robotic machine.

The oversized/overweight charge will not affect the transport of your shipment through the network as long as you pay it within 8 hours from the time of notification.
